The processing time for your order is typically 1+ business days, depending on the complexity of the design. Please note that this timeframe may vary. Once the processing is complete, your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

Next Day Delivery

Please note that we do not offer next-day delivery. Each of our products is handmade with care, which makes it difficult for us to guarantee next-day delivery. Additionally, we conduct testing on all products before shipping to ensure their quality. This process may add additional time before shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

Tracking Your Order

We provide timely updates on tracking information as soon as the label for your order is printed. A tracking confirmation email will be sent for your convenience once the tracking details have been updated. Additionally, you can check the tracking status through our Order Status page. If your tracking shows that the "shipping label is created" but no updates are visible, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update.

Lost Package or Delivery Issues?

If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us right away. We are here to help in any way we can.

• All Custom Made LED Neon Sign sales are final, except in cases where defects arise from our end. These products are handmade to order and of the highest quality, necessitating the appropriate production time.
